Special drying oven for UDH series commutator

The UDH series is a special drying box according to the requirements of the commutator commutator production process specially design, mainly used in the motor industry in commutator bakelite powder, glass fiber curing and drying processes. This kind of drying box is of high air volume and blast cycle, built-in unique air duct, and the temperature in the box is very uniform in order to ensure the curing quality of the product. The temperature control system adopts multi segment intelligent program temperature control instrument to control the temperature and the solid state relay, and automatically completes the temperature control curve. In addition to the printer (or temperature recorder, DCS computer centralized control system), the curing process is recorded and monitored throughout the process.
